3. Bookings and Reservations

3.1 Tee Times

• Tee times are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel tee times due to weather, course maintenance, or other operational needs
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• No-shows will be charged the full amount
• Rain checks may be issued at management's discretion

3.2 Event Reservations

• Event bookings require a deposit at the time of reservation
• Final payment is due 14 days before the event date
• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before: no refund
• Guest count changes must be communicated at least 7 days in advance

3.3 Memberships

• Membership fees are non-refundable once processed
• Memberships are non-transferable unless approved by management
• Members must abide by all club rules and regulations
• We reserve the right to revoke memberships for violation of terms
• Membership benefits and privileges may change with notice

4. Ticket Purchases

4.1 Ticket Sales

• All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled by
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Valid identification may be required for entry
• We reserve the right to limit ticket quantities per customer

• No refunds will be issued for removal due to conduct violations
• Weapons, illegal substances, and prohibited items are not permitted

• Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

• Pricing errors may be corrected, and affected orders may be cancelled

• You are responsible for all charges incurred on your account

5.3 Processing Fees

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service:

• Tee Times: Full refund with 24-hour notice

• Memberships: Non-refundable once processed
• Tickets: Refundable only if event is cancelled by
• Merchandise: Returns accepted within 30 days with receipt

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing fees are non-refundable
• We are not responsible for delays by financial institutions

Golf and participation in golf-related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury from golf balls, golf clubs, golf carts, slips and falls, and weather conditions. By using our facilities, you acknowledge and assume all such risks.

8.1 Course Rules

• Proper golf attire is required at all times
• Soft spikes or spikeless golf shoes only
• Maintain pace of play and observe posted rules
• Repair divots, ball marks, and rake bunkers
• Keep carts on designated paths when applicable
• No alcoholic beverages from outside sources

8.2 Guest Conduct

• Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner
• Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated
• We reserve the right to remove guests who violate our policies
• Damage to property may result in charges and legal action

9. Intellectual Property
